Pandas 0.19.1 has compatibility problems on Webfaction with Django.

In Panada the start of the 2 week resample interval in Pandas varied
with the time series being resampled.  Therefore, the matching in an XY
plot failed at times.  No problem with Semi-monthly averaging.

Also, set higher Pandas and numpy versions in requirements.txt.

adding units to tooltips.  Switch over to Stock chart if points >
