The value of the buttonset wasn't being read correctly which meant that
the code that checks whether the url is specifying a new value didn't
work correctly either. I've added code that handles buttonsets
separately and retrieves the value of the checked element.

Also remove some unneeded code and move the code that generates embedded
javascipt out of the views.py module.

When the renderTo id in an embedded report wasn't unique, the rendering
code ran into toubles. Now, we always look just inside of the div
containing the embedded report for the rendering location.

The report_id values are duplicated between multi and single building
reports, so we need to force a refresh of the ui even if the value
hasn't changed.

Add handling for urls and back button in the reports ajax form

Also changed naming of some methods.

This commit includes changes to the model. You'll have to 'migrate' for
it to work.
