It's already included directly in the code, so does not need to be
installed.  It was a problem to install it, as pip did not work with it.

When an unknown code is processed, included its value in the return
string.

Also eliminated hard failure if function does not exist.

An old timer was not always cleared, and therefore multiple timers would
run.

Added appropriate controls list and UI features to each chart.  Changed
Coffeescript code to read the data attributes from the selected chart to
configure the UI.

A number of browser configuration options will now be controlled by
server code through use of data attributes in the chart selection option
elements.  This commit makes the necessary changes to the BaseChart
object.

And cleaned up white space issues.

This function is used in onclick events in the multi-building current
values report to load a timeseries graph of a particular sensor.

Locally referenced AHFC Logo.  Removed http or https from CDN references
so that site determines which transfer occurs.

And redid migrations.
