Also formatted admin fields for easy input, incorporated markdown into
html template, and added python-markdown to requirements.txt file

Added Group, Building, and Chart select controls to the data sent when
requesting chart data.

Did this in preparation for creating an app_config file that will
be used to do site-specific configuration of the applicationl.
The app_settings name was confusingly close to app_config, so was
changed; the new name is also more descriptive of the purpose of
the file.
