Instead of Sensor Group set to Null, it now is set to the
Miscellaneous group, which is also the default sensor group.

Import problems from Python 2 to 3.  A number of Django upgrade issues.

Previously, this method would go on to check this condition as if it
were a value type Alert, which would cause an error.  Now, only the
inactivity check is made and the method returns.

Causes error.

installations.  This settings_common.py file can be put under source
control and updated as needed over time.

And started code to iniating calling the scripts.

Also formatted admin fields for easy input, incorporated markdown into
html template, and added python-markdown to requirements.txt file

Long Sensaphone Sensor IDs drove me to increase sensor_id field length,
but there is no apparent harm in making others longer.
